  7. When a Workbench screen is run with a depth of more than 3 planes (8 colours), the
  8. extra 4 colours set up in the multi-colour palette preferences are set as the final
  9. 4 colours in the palette.  This means to use 8 colour icons on a 256 colour Workbench
  10. screen requires the icons to be of depth 8, which wastes disk space and memory.
  11. 256Colour copies the last four colours in the palette to colour index 3-8, so 3 plane
  12. icons can be used.  Best used in WBStartup.
